Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. Any consumer who, for any reason, is dissatisfied with their purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.
