DELIVERY TERMS AND TERMS

Zealot-audio.it will deliver the selected and ordered products to the address indicated by the customer via express courier. Shipments are made exclusively within Italy.

The purchased goods will be delivered within the timeframes established by Article 6 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The supplier cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

For some items not available in Italian warehouses, shipment may be made from European warehouses. In such cases, delivery times may require additional business days.

Shipping to Italy and the European Union

We ship to Italy and all European Union countries.

Shipping costs

Italy: Free
European Union: €18.30 (VAT included)

Processing times Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Italy: 2–5 business days from shipment
European Union: 5–10 business days from shipment (times may vary depending on the destination country and courier)

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at web2@stampa3dsud.it and we will find a solution.

Upon receipt, the customer is required to verify that the delivered product conforms to the order. Only after this verification, and without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal, should the customer sign the delivery documents.

Upon delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and that the quantity and quality correspond to the information indicated on the accompanying document. Any discrepancies must be noted on the accompanying document and confirmed in writing within seven days.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing within the above-mentioned timeframes. Any reports received after this timeframe will not be considered. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for the information provided.

The customer is required to be available during the above-mentioned hours to avoid any additional charges for failed deliveries by the express courier. Otherwise, these charges will be borne by the customer.

Zealot-audio.it is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to purchased products.
