INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by zealot-audio.it. All product purchase contracts concluded through the zealot-audio.it website and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the customer, will be governed by these General Conditions.
All published prices include VAT.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sales contract stipulated between zealot-audio.it and the customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Zealot-audio.it, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any manner. By placing a purchase order on zealot-audio.it, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions of payment set forth below. If the Customer is an end user (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes other than their professional activity), once the online purchase process has been completed, they will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, retain these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling. The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

LIABILITY

Zealot-audio.it is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the zealot-audio.it website, including for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, or for the conformity of the goods to the specifications published on the website, or for any other event not directly attributable to zealot-audio.it.

PURCHASE TERMS

The Customer may only purchase products listed in the zealot-audio.it electronic catalog at the time of placing the order. The technical information provided on the zealot-audio.it website faithfully reflects the actual product information. Zealot-audio.it, therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to match that provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be fully representative of its features and may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown. All information supporting the purchase is intended as general information and does not relate to the actual characteristics of each individual product. Zealot-audio.it confirms receipt of the order by sending an email to the email address provided by the Customer. This email contains all the information entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document. The Customer may also check the status of their order by accessing the dedicated web area under "My Orders." Any order not accepted will be promptly communicated to the Customer.

If one or more ordered products are unavailable, zealot-audio.it undertakes to contact the Customer within 7 days of placing the order, informing them via email of the unavailability and any alternative solutions. In this case, the Customer may wait for delivery of the order if zealot-audio.it believes, at its sole discretion, that the unavailable product is available on the market, or cancel the order and obtain a refund of any price already paid.

DELIVERY TERMS AND TERMS

Zealot-audio.it will deliver the selected and ordered products to the address indicated by the customer via courier. The purchased goods will be delivered within the timeframes established by Article 6 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The supplier cannot be held liable for delayed or failed delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

Normal delivery times for Italy, once shipped, are 48-72 hours (weekends and holidays are not included). In special cases, and if you live on islands or in a remote area, delivery times may extend up to 72-96 hours.

For some items not available in Italian warehouses, shipments may be made from affiliated European warehouses. In such cases, delivery times may require additional business days beyond the standard times indicated above.

You will receive an email upon shipment. From that moment, we ask you to be available at the delivery address within 24-48 hours. For international deliveries, delivery times vary depending on the destination area, starting from a minimum of 3-5 business days from shipment.

Upon receipt, the customer is required to verify that the product delivered conforms to the order. Only after this verification, and obviously subject to the right of withdrawal, should the customer sign the delivery documents. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and that the quantity and quality correspond to the information indicated on the accompanying document. In the event of any discrepancies, this must be noted on the accompanying document and confirmed within seven days by fax or registered mail.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Any reports received after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered. The customer assumes full responsibility for any declarations made.

Home delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place on the ground floor during office hours: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. The customer is required to be available during the hours described to avoid any additional charges for missed deliveries by the express courier; otherwise, such charges will be borne by the customer. Zealot-audio.it is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to purchased products.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. Any consumer who, for any reason, is dissatisfied with their purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and breach of purchase contracts entered into online through the zealot-audio.it website is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions, unless expressly provided otherwise, are governed by the combined provisions of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15/01/1992 and Legislative Decree 206/05.

Any dispute between the parties regarding this agreement will be settled by the Court of Salerno.
